1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

    You may be eligible for a refund or return under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Product: If the product is damaged or not functioning upon delivery.

  • Incorrect Product Delivered: If you received a different item than what you ordered.

    For online orders placed through our official website, requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product. Items must be unused, with all accessories, and in                original packaging to qualify.

2. How to Request a Refund or Return

     To initiate the process:

  1. Contact Us: Email at business@aviq.in or call 1800-309-4564 with your order number and issue details.

  2. Return Authorization: If eligible, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  3. Send the Product: Ship the product using original packaging to the return address provided. AviQ will bear return shipping charges for defective or incorrect items.

  4. Inspection & Refund: After inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–8 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or damaged products due to misuse.

  • Products not in original condition or packaging.

  • Gift cards or vouchers.

  • Products bought from third-party sellers (online/offline).

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated within 7–8 business days of receiving the returned product.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method (bank processing times may vary).

5. Product Exchange

     If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • An exchange will be arranged after the original item is returned and inspected.

  • The replacement product will be shipped within 7–8 business days post approval.

6. Items on Sale or Discount

    Products bought under sale, offers, or discounts are non-refundable, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
